JoAnna Morgan serves as Research Assistant for The African American History Publishing Company, LLC, contributing her analytical expertise and a passion for accurate storytelling. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics, JoAnna combines her technical skills with a creative approach to research and design. She plays a crucial role in developing the company’s calendars, assisting with content research, photography selection, and layout design. Her contributions help bring the stories of Black inventors and scientists to life in a way that is both accessible and visually engaging.

JoAnna’s dedication to preserving and sharing the history of African descendants in STEM aligns perfectly with the mission of AAHPC. Her meticulous work ensures that every product reflects the highest level of accuracy and quality, providing communities with meaningful tools to learn, teach, and celebrate Black history.
